Marc Lopez Law Firm Welcomes Attorney Matt Kroes

The newest Attorney to join the Marc Lopez Law firm also happens to be its tallest. Attorney Matt Kroes focuses his practice on representing victims who have been injured through the negligence and/or carelessness of others. He has worked on a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, dog bites, slip-and-falls, and wrongful deaths. He has handled cases in all stages of litigation and is no stranger to jury trials. Attorney Kroes acknowledges that all legal actions involve human conflict, but he takes pride in recognizing and understanding the details that make each case unique.

In addition to representing injured parties, Attorney Kroes also has experience in criminal defense. He is an old-school believer in our justice system, and remains firmly committed to the ideals of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Attorney Kroes received his B.A. from Purdue University, West Lafayette. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he excelled in Trial Advocacy and Procedure, as well as in the Criminal Law Clinic. He is currently a member in good standing of the Indiana Bar Association. Attorney Kroes is licensed to practice in all Indiana counties, the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana, and the state Supreme Court.

When he’s not busy taking a stand for Truth, Justice and the American way, Attorney Kroes enjoys spending time in nature. He can most often be found on the golf course, honing his skills. If you have trouble spotting him during hunting season, it’s probably because he’s camouflaged.
