Our Trial Philosophy

While not all cases go to trial, the philosophy of the Marc Lopez Law Firm is to prepare for every single case as if every case will go to trial. The strengths and weaknesses of a case can only be known when a case has been fully investigated and thoroughly prepared as if it were going to trial. Once the strengths and weaknesses are identified and known, it is then possible to determine the respective bargaining positions of the parties involved. This is true for criminal cases, personal injury cases and family law cases. There are no exceptions.

This philosophy has been extremely successful for the clients of the Marc Lopez Law Firm. When a firm is prepared for trial, that firm does not fear the courtroom. Most attorneys don’t want to go to trial, and—quite honestly—don’t know how to try cases. Many attorneys will make significant concessions to avoid the hassle of going to trial.
